The Horse stance is a basic martial arts position that builds muscle strength and stamina in the lower body. Combine it with the Tiger Squat and your thighs will be screaming for mercy. It looks easy but you’re really going to feel it. Work on increasing your time doing these and you’ll see results quickly.
