<p>You&#8217;ll get a kick out of testing yourself with this versatile exercise sequence based on the plank position. Not only will you see if your core strength and stability is rock solid, but you can use the maneuver as a daily exercise.</p>

Then include the same sequence in your daily core exercise  workout. Since the test is identical to the daily exercise, you’ll  witness your progress daily.
