Reach and extend!
This super exercise series is very effective at training your balance sense. You may find you are more balanced on the right or left leg. That’s normal and things will even out as you practice.
You’ll also target the gluteus maximus (butt) muscles in an incredible way. Since your glutes extend AND rotate your hips, your focusing 100% effort with these moves. Enjoy!
