01. “My Favorite Healthy Breakfast”
I have to thank Maria Rodale, CEO of health and wellness publisher Rodale, for this simple breakfast idea. I was inspired by her article that lists the many advantages to this quick breakfast treat and I tried it and found it delicious and nutritious.
Simple yogurt and nuts. I recommend Greek or organic yogurt with a handful of raw nuts like walnuts, almonds or pecans. You can sweeten it with fruit like frozen blueberries or bananas. Be careful of the fruit flavored yogurts and steer clear from those with excessive sugar. Vanilla flavor is usually lower in sugar with the plain variety being the lowest.

02. 90’s Fitness Nostalgia with Dr. Pete
Back in 1990, before my days on ESPN’s Bodyshaping Fitness Show (above photo), I was on ESPN’s Lee Haney Workout show. What a funny nostalgic look back to the days of poor gym fashion and overdeveloped muscles. But we did get an awesome workout!
The video quality isn’t great, but I hope you get a good smile out of seeing Mr. Olympia Lee Haney and his favorite chiropractor pumpin’iron in the gym.

03. How to Find Real Food at the Supermarket
I have to thank Darya Pino Ph.D for this witty flow chart on how to navigate the supermarket to get really healthy food. Alternatively, you can ditch the supermarket all together and head to the Farmer’s Market like Danya and I do!
