How Strong is Your Core? Take the Test!

You’ll get a kick out of testing yourself with this versatile manuever. Not only will you see if your core strength and stability is rock solid, but you can use the manuever as a daily exercise.

Score yourself by how far along in the test you get. If you hit it daily, you’ll see results quickly!

The procedure is to initially perform the test and record your score (score 1 point for each of the 8 positions completed). Then include the same sequence in your daily core exercise workout.
