Straighten Up Upper Body

Here’s a quick 3 minute upper body series that I designed for Straighten Up, an international spinal hygiene program. By using resistance,  it’ll help you to strengthen your upper back, shoulders and arms while stabilizing your core. You’ll do each of the six exercises for 30 seconds. If you want to pump up the intensity, lengthen the time you do each exercise to 60 – 90 seconds or add more resistance with a heavier weight.

I hope you enjoy the routine and get great results!

    Pete,
Good to see you and I like the shoulder work out you showed. I hope your practice is fairing well.
