Do the Tiger Squat!!!

Here’s an exercise video I did that demonstrates an excellent lower body workout that includes variations on the Horse postion and everyone’s favorite, the Tiger Squat.
The great thing about the Tiger Squat is that it’s not only a great hip, thigh and butt strengthener, but it also works your breath and inner body to relieve stress and tension. It’s important that you vocalize the tiger’s roar as you descend into the squat position.
Don’t be bashful! Give it a good roar so that your whole body vibrates. It’ll feel great and you’ll release all the negative energy and tension in your body. Enjoy!
