Why You Should Try Hot Yoga

Clear your mind and get a workout!
As I approach my 50th birthday, I enjoy finding interests and pursuits that make me look and feel younger. Hot Yoga, also known as Bikram Yoga, has become one of them. I have to say that I feel absolutely fantastic after a 90 minute session of sweating and stretching and straining to the 26 different poses and 2 breathing exercises that comprise the routine.
And the heat, the wonderful 101 degree 60% humidity heat! I love it! It warms me to the bone and allows me to stretch like an 18 year old again. I can “feel” my skin release its toxins as the sweat pours from my body.
I always lose 4 to 5 pounds from a session, mostly water weight, but I look and feel much lighter and my muscles feel toned and tight! I also like the sequence of exercises; some poses are designed to compress the muscles and reduce blood flow, then the next pose releases the muscles creating a surge of blood flow through the body.
You should give Hot Yoga a try! If I can do it, so can you. It might feel different at first, all new exercise regimes do. But you’ll see results quickly in the way you feel and in your reflection in the mirror.
Here’s a cool video that will give you a clear idea as to what Hot Yoga is all about. It looks hard, but the studio owners and students really explain the benefits well in their testimonials.
If you do give it a try or have tried it , let me know by leaving a comment below.
As always, stay centered,

I did Bikram yoga for about six months (while living with my Mom when our house was being built)…BK kept me calm and focused during this tense time. I went 3 times a week and felt great. After a few sessions my husband and daughter joined me. I also slept like a baby every night. Unfortunately, I can’t find it where I moved…I really miss it.
I have been doing Yoga since college and i love the way that it can relax my body. yoga is great for stress relief.:
Thanks for this information the blog provides me …..blog guide how to calm during tense situation by having different exercise like yoga and many more and also to keep body fit.
