World’s Best Butt Exercise

This super exercise targets the gluteus maximus (butt) muscles in an incredible way. Since your glutes extend AND rotate your hips, your focusing 100% effort with these moves. It’s also darn good for your balance as well. Enjoy!

    This looked so easy, but I was VERY surprised at how it really worked the glutes! I’ve been sharing this with my patients, and they are loving it also!
